14-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our materials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your transaction date.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. After this window, all sales are final. Because this is a digital product, receiving a refund will immediately revoke your access to any future automated email modules.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@iteratedynamics.com with your order confirmation and a brief note. No questions asked. We ask that you contact us directly for a refund rather than filing a dispute with your bank, as we resolve direct requests much faster.

3. Processing Time & Billing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. Refunds cannot be issued via cash, check, or to a different card.

4. Discreet Billing & Merchant of Record

Refunds will appear under the same discreet corporate descriptor used for your original charge. Please note that our authorized payment processor handles the transaction securely; you may also contact their consumer support for billing inquiries related to your charge.
