1. Age Requirement

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All materials sold by Iterate Dynamics are digital publications delivered electronically via email. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification. Because the product is entirely digital, you are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout to ensure delivery.

3. Payment, Billing, & Authorized Retailer

All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment processor (e.g., CCBill). The authorized processor acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Charges will appear on your statement under a discreet corporate descriptor. This is a one-time payment; there are no hidden recurring subscription fees.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are subject to our 14-Day Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. License & Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the content in any form. Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.
